3S Athens is Greca Group's newest launch, a 21-apartment building on 3is Septemvriou in the heart of the city centre, on one of the most recognisable squares in Athens and surrounded by five star hotels, restaurants and shopping streets. It was converted from commercial offices to residential, which is what keeps it inside the 250,000 euro Golden Visa threshold in central Athens. Apartments run from studios to two bedroom homes and a penthouse, all delivered furnished, six minutes on foot from the National Technical University and eleven from Syntagma and the Acropolis.
