Aurora Residence II

Aurora Residence I is a new residential building of five floors at Ipsilantou 14 in Voula, a quiet seaside suburb in the south of Athens, close to the beaches of the Athens Riviera. It has nine homes. Six are single-level apartments: two with one bedroom, of 43 to 45 m², and four with two bedrooms, of 82 to 86 m². The other three are duplexes and the largest homes in the building, two with three bedrooms (123 to 135 m²) and one with four bedrooms (182 m²). The apartments have large main terraces. Residents share a swimming pool and landscaped gardens, and the building has a lift, storage rooms and parking spaces. It is rated energy class A+. MIBS Group completed Aurora Residence I in 2026.

Urban Residence is a new nine-storey apartment building at Ifikratous 39 in Pagrati, Athens. Its 11 homes, of 32 to 112 m², are a mix of studios, apartments, lofts and duplexes. The city center, with its museums, galleries, theaters and music venues, is 2.3 km away. Every home has a private balcony facing the Acropolis. The interiors are simple in style, the bedrooms are a good size and the layouts use the floor area well. Residents share a gym, and there are storage rooms and parking spaces. The building is rated energy class A, which keeps its energy use relatively low. Urban Residence was completed in 2023.

Urban Gazi Residence is a new seven-storey building of 32 homes at the corner of Megalou Vasileiou and Andronikou streets in Gazi, the central Athens district known for its nightlife and arts events. The mix is wide: studios of 35 m², one-bedroom apartments and lofts of 44 to 62 m², fourteen two-bedroom apartments of 63 to 67 m², and two- and three-bedroom duplexes of 84 to 130 m². The homes are laid out to take in daylight. Residents share a swimming pool and a landscaped garden, and the building has a lift, storage rooms and parking spaces. A thermally insulated facade and energy-saving glazing keep consumption low, and the building is rated energy class A+. Urban Gazi Residence is under construction.

Themis Residence is a new ten-storey building on Koutsikari Street in Ampelokipoi, Athens, a few meters from the courthouse. It stands between Alexandras Avenue and Kifissias Avenue, which links the center with the northern suburbs. Of its 19 homes, eleven are two-bedroom apartments of 61 to 84 m². The rest are studios and one-bedroom apartments of 32 to 47 m² and two duplexes of 92 and 109 m², with two and three bedrooms. In each home the living area is as large as the plan allows, with big windows for daylight. The building has storage rooms and parking spaces, and is rated energy class A+. Themis Residence was completed in 2025.
