Glyfada Supreme Residence

Glyfada Residence is a modern six-storey apartment building on Saki Karagiorga Street in the center of Glyfada, on the Athens Riviera. The beach is 550 m away and public transport 350 m, both within walking distance. The building holds 24 apartments with covered areas of 55 to 109 m², planned with large living spaces that get plenty of daylight. The facades are plain, with straight lines and earth tones. Half are one- and two-bedroom apartments of 38 to 67 m². The other half are duplexes of 51 to 120 m² with one to three bedrooms, the largest being two three-bedroom duplexes of 120 m². The grounds have a swimming pool and a landscaped garden, and the building has a lift, storage rooms and parking spaces. It is rated energy class A. The building is under construction.

Glyfada Elite Residence is a small, four-floor apartment building in Glyfada, one of the southern suburbs of Athens. The Athens Golf Club and the Ellinikon Metropolitan Park, which is under construction, are close by, and Glyfada is known for its beaches. From here both the sea and central Athens are easy to reach. The building has eight homes, all of them two-bedroom apartments of a similar size, 67 to 76 m². The building has an A energy rating, which keeps its energy use low. Glyfada Elite Residence is a new build, completed in 2020.
