Riviera Residence VII

Riviera Residence VI is a new seven-storey building of eight homes in Kallithea, at the corner of Evripidou and Sokratous streets. It stands in the front row facing the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, the Renzo Piano complex that houses the National Library of Greece and the National Opera. From the building there are views of the park, the sea and the Athens skyline. There are four one-bedroom apartments of 40 to 44 m², three two-bedroom apartments of 83 m² and a four-bedroom duplex of 166 m², and every home has private outdoor space. The building has a lift, a landscaped garden, storage rooms and parking spaces, and is rated energy class A+. Riviera Residence VI is under construction.

Riviera Residence V is a new seven-story building on Epameinonda Street in Kallithea, a 300 m walk from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. It has 14 homes, and half of them are studios of 30 to 40 m². The rest are four two-bedroom apartments of 70 to 76 m², two one-bedroom duplexes of 62 m² and one two-bedroom duplex of 82 m². The design follows modern, minimal lines, and the bedrooms are spacious. An insulated facade and energy-efficient glazing keep energy use low, and the building is designed to energy class A+. Residents will have a lift, storage rooms, parking spaces and a landscaped garden. Riviera Residence V, a MIBS Group project, is under construction.

Riviera Residence IV is a new eight-story building on Evripidou Street in Kallithea, the district between central Athens and the Athenian Riviera. It has only nine homes, most of them large: five three-bedroom duplexes of 112 to 255 m² and four two-bedroom apartments of 70 m². From the upper floors there are open views of the sea. The plans include hardwood floors, kitchens with European-style cabinets, and large windows and balconies for natural light. The design is contemporary and the layouts are spacious, planned for comfort and everyday use. The building will have storage rooms and parking spaces, and it is designed to energy class A+ for low energy use. Riviera Residence IV, a MIBS Group project, is under construction.

Riviera Residence III is a newly built eight-story building on Lysikratous Street in Kallithea, the district between central Athens and the Athenian Riviera. It has 17 homes. Twelve are two-bedroom apartments of 64 to 73 m². The others are three one-bedroom lofts of 59 m² and two duplexes: one with two bedrooms at 120 m² and one with four bedrooms at 196 m², the largest home in the building. The apartments have large balconies with open views over the Saronic Gulf. The design is contemporary, and the interiors are planned for comfort and everyday use. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchens and bathrooms were designed around their owners' needs. The building has storage rooms and parking spaces and is rated energy class A+. Riviera Residence III is completed.
